19th-25th January 2014 Week 4 – Project 365

Cant believe February is vastly approaching!! this year has just zoomed along. Its been quite a busy and eventful week, celebrating 3x birthdays in the same family.

19.01.14 – It was our Great Nieces 1st Birthday today and she was very lucky to be born on her Mums (Lee’s Niece) Birthday also. She had a HUGE Minnie mouse birthday cake and each cake had a different filling, really liked the chocolate one.

20.01.14 – So apparently Layla can and will sleep, but at the minute its only in her Bugaboo Cameleon. Everytime we have been out and about with her Pram she falls straight to sleep. I think I may just have to put her pram in her cot haha

21.01.14 – Layla is just starting to crawl, BACKWARDS! she’s quite speedy at it. Today I just let her roam about exploring and she somehow ended up underneath her pram and played for abit before she soon got sick and wanted to be up.

22.01.14 – Lee turned 30!!! so we celebrated with Cake!.. He had no idea I bought a cake and was totally shocked. Read all about the plans for his birthday HERE

23.01.14 – This Lego plane is the bane of my life right now!. Its been apart more times than its been together, but the Boys love it and so there constantly have it downstairs. But when im tidying up and go to move it I always somehow, it crumbles in my hand and ends up in a thousand pieces :/. So ive got sick of it and got the super glue out! It took me ages gluing all the pieces together and making sure I had them in the right place.

24.01.14 – We use to take the kids to the arcades all the time, but since Little Madam came along we haven’t had much time do a lot. So we took the boys to the arcades and they played for hours with 2p’s.

25.01.14 – Chinese Laundry springs to mind?!… urghhh the weekend wash has commenced… believe it or not I washed the same amount here 3 days ago, Thankfully I have a 9kg drum washing machine, so this lot thankfully doesn’t take too long to do.

Washing is never-ending here too. They do love those 2p machines – never seem to go out of fashion. And cake – these are always very good things to see. Feelings on Lego change as you get older

That is an impressive cake and an impressive load of laundry 🙂 It’s funny how they learn to crawl backwards first.

Happy 30th Lee, my hubby turned 30 last week too! I had the same problem with G, he would only sleep in his moving pram or in the car

Love the cake! Gosh I want that one for my birthday…don’t need to be a child for a cake like that 🙂
